6 things to do after your Palm Beach business meeting

Of course, the beachfront meeting spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows at Tideline Ocean Resort & Spa are more inspiring than your typical boardroom. But if you can just manage to pay attention for a few hours of business (and, we know, the beautiful setting can make that difficult!) then you’ll find even better reasons to hold your next work retreat at Tideline.

Located in the heart of Palm Beach, Tideline offers plenty to do after your business meetings have ended. Or, if you prefer, you can do absolutely nothing at all and simply enjoy a slice of paradise.

Here’s a glimpse of how you and your colleagues can round out your itinerary:

*Food and drink – Roasted free range chicken with rosemary potatoes and steamed spinach is a specialty at Brandon’s Palm Beach, one of Tideline’s two oceanfront restaurants with intimate indoor seating and beachfront tables on the terrace outside. The view is second to none. We’re also the home of Mizu, our seasonal sushi bar open October through May.

*Pool – Lounge the day away by Tideline’s infinity pool, flanked by towering palms that sway your mind away from work for a moment. You can enjoy artisan cocktails and south Florida microbrews from our poolside bar, relax in our hot tub and take a break from the sun in one of our private cabanas.

*Spa – Need to unwind? Get it all out with a visit to Tideline’s spa where you get pampered with any number of treatments for men and women including massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. We provide a full menu of salon services along with innovative anti-aging treatments like The HydraFacial®.

*Golf – Just a mile up Ocean Boulevard is the Palm Beach Par-3 Golf Course. We’re not talking a 5-hour round with colleagues who can’t hack it. This little course designed by hall of famer Raymond Floyd runs along the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other, and is ranked by Golf Digest as one of the country’s 50 Most Fun places to play.

*Shopping – The upscale storefronts on Worth Avenue are a world of their own, while CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach presents unique shopping, dining and entertainment in an open-air plaza with a Mediterranean vibe. At CityPlace you can hop on a trolley to enjoy the rest of downtown or, starting this summer, catch a high-speed Brightline train to Miami or Fort Lauderdale.

*Beach – Walk barefoot through the sand. Feel the ocean breeze. Listen to the surf rippling at your toes. You’re off the clock. Enjoy.
