Included in Your Stay

Tideline Ocean Resort & Spa applies a $29 daily Resort Fee to all reservations. This fee includes on-site parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, two bottled waters in your guest room, and in-room coffee, plus two beach lounge chairs and one beach umbrella per day.

Proper Attire

Appropriate attire is requested in all areas of the resort, including bathing suit cover-ups, shirts, and shoes, when not at the swimming pool or beach.

Pet Policy

Dogs Only

2 pets, 50 lbs with $75 per pet per stay

Non-refundable pet fee: $75 per pet, per stay

Maximum pet weight: 50 lbs

Please Note: While walking through the lobby or public areas pets must be carried or lead on a leash. With the exception of guide dogs, pets are not permitted in Brandon’s, The Spa, Pool and Beach Area, The Fitness Center, and any of our function rooms.

Parking

Self-parking is included in the daily resort fee.

Check-In / Check-Out Times

Check-in time is after 4 p.m. Minimum age requirement of 21 to check into the resort.
Check-out time is before 11 a.m.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested by 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, 72 hours prior to the hotel reservation date of arrival, to avoid a penalty charge of the first night's room rate and taxes per room.

No-Show Policy

No-Shows apply to any or all guests who have a reservation at the Tideline Ocean Resort and Spa, who do not appear on the reservation date of arrival, and who do not provide a proper cancellation notification. No-Shows will be charged a penalty equivalent to the first night's room rate and taxes, per room.

Deposit Policy

One night’s deposit of room and tax is due upon confirmation. If you are booking an Advance Purchase rate, full prepayment is required.

Early Departure Fee

An early departure fee of 50% of the room rate per night canceled will be charged if guests check out prior to the booked departure date. Policies can vary for specials, packages, and prepaid reservations.
