Tideline Resort applies a $29 daily Resort Fee to all reservations. This fee includes: W-Fi throughout the property, the New York Times, Beach Lounge Chairs, Beach Umbrellas, Morning Coffee & Tea Service in the Lobby, 2 bottles of water (in-room) daily, Welcome Beverage and Snack, Daily Yoga Class, 3 items of Laundry per day, and 2 Hour Bike Rentals.
Tideline Ocean Resort & Spa welcomes dogs up to 25 lbs for a non-refundable fee of $150 dollars per stay. Dogs must be accompanied by their owners at all times. Guide dogs are welcome at no additional charge. Unfortunately, we do not allow cats.
Please Note: While walking through the lobby or public areas pets must be carried or lead on a leash. With the exception of guide dogs, pets are not permitted in Brandon’s, The Spa, Pool and Beach Area, The Fitness Centre, and any of our function rooms.
Valet parking is provided at a rate of $25 per vehicle per day.
Check In / Checkout Times
Check-in time is after 4 p.m. Minimum age requirement of 21 to check into the resort.
Check-out time is before 11 a.m.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested by 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, 72-hours prior to the hotel reservation date of arrival, to avoid a penalty charge of the first night room rate and taxes per room.
No-Shows apply to any or all guests who have a reservation at the Tideline Ocean Resort and Spa, who do not appear on the reservation date of arrival, and who do not provide a proper cancellation notification. No-Shows will be charged a penalty equivalent to the first night room rate and taxes, per room.
A one night’s deposit of room and tax is due upon confirmation. If you are booking an Advance Purchase rate, full-prepayment is required.
Early Departure Fee
An early departure fee of 50% of the room rate per night cancelled will be charge if guests check out prior to the booked departure date. Policies can vary for specials, packages, and prepaid reservations.
